• Mix contents of this (200g) pack with 200 ml water. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 10 mins.
• Deep fry the Vadais till crispy & golden brown. Drain excess oil and soak in water for 10 mins.
• Gently press each Vadai to drain off excess water & immerse in beaten yoghurt for 10 mins. Garnish with roasted cumin seeds (jeera), red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves, tamarind sauce & yoghurt. Serve cold.
